What do I do if my order arrived damaged, is missing parts or incorrect?

Sometimes we make mistakes, the wrong item is shipped, missing parts, in poor condition or arrives damaged.

We have a limited window to query deliveries. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please let us know within 5 days of the delivery date, the date which your order should have been delivered, or available for collection.

If you have any issues, send us a message with the below information:

  • Your order number
  • Images of the damage/incorrect item
  • Images of the parcel, shipping label and packaging
  • Description of missing pars

Where we are unable to offer a repair or exchange, you will be refunded in full.

We are unable to accept queries raised after the above time frame.
