Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

Unfortunately, sometimes we have to cancel your order as one of the items you've ordered is out of stock.

This means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order up we realised we didn't have the item available anymore.

If we know when the stock will be available, we'll let you know in the notification email - however, we can't always guarantee the item will be coming back into stock, so we'll refund the order.
