Once the product(s) have been returned and assessed by our team, we'll process your refund. This may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note that if you return products that do not meet, or are outside our returns policy, we're unable to process a full refund.

Credit / Debit card
If you paid by credit or debit card, we'll refund the same card originally used to place and pay for the order.
If you paid using PayPal, your refund will be issued to the PayPal account to place and pay for the order. Refunds will be processed in accordance with PayPal's policies, available on the PayPal website.
If you paid in installments with Openpay, refunds will be processed in accordance with the installment provider's policies available via their website.
